My experience with Never Say No Auto was the absolute best. My husband and I and our little one was actually on our way to Never Say No Auto when our car we were driving decided it wanted to quit on us in Republic. We did not know anyone around there and wasn’t sure what to do at that moment. So I called Never Say No Auto to see if they would be able to help us in any way possible. They were able to give me a number to call. I was able to talk with an awesome person named James. He was able to come and tow us all the way to their dealership and I could not thank him enough for doing that for us on such short notice. Once we got to the dealership we talked with Chris and TJ about our situation and they were able to help us with a vehicle. I have never been to a dealership where the people cared about their customers as much as this place did. They made the whole process of getting a vehicle so smooth and stress free. We are just so grateful for everyone there who worked that day and we will most definitely be back to get another vehicle when we are ready. I apologize if I got any names incorrect and the other guys I did not mention. I will absolutely be recommending them to anyone who is in need of a vehicle without the headache. Thank you to all the guys there again you all saved us that day and we will never forget it!

I went to Never Say No Auto after a friend recommended them, and from the very first phone call to the moment I got my keys, I had an amazing experience. Everyone was professional, friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions. They made sure to explain everything in a way that actually made sense, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience.

Had a very great experience here finding my siblings their first car for them and their baby the other day!! I would like to personally thank Tj Johnston for helping us, he did an amazing job helping us find the perfect one!! If anyone is looking at finding an affordable vehicle to either buy/finance this would be my first pick! Zero pressure, extremely friendly, and they made sure I left with a new car. Me and my significant other had gone to 4 different dealerships trying to find our first family car and had no such luck.. Until we went to Never Say No Auto. We initially met TJ and he helped walk us through the process and explained what other dealerships didn’t take the time to help us understand. He made us feel very welcomed with zero pressure. We didn’t have everything we needed that day so we came in the next day and met with Chris! He showed us this beautiful and affordable Chevy Sonic LT and we were immediately sold. He sat with us for hours(even after close) just to ensure us a new car. Then we met with Greg! He financed for us and ensured us an amazing deal! He showed a lot of apathy and displayed empathy for our situation. We loved how they all came together not just to ensure a sale..but they all prioritized our satisfaction and experience with them. We love our car and we know you would too.

Tj was my salesman. He was a big help. He’s an amazing salesman and was very patient with me. He did everything in his power to ensure I left in wheels. I will be back in the future. The car that we made a deal on is a 2023 Buick envision. They have good quality cars.
