***UPDATE***
My spouse called and was able to speak to someone different and had a lot better experience then I did. We did end up taking the car to the shop they recommended and what was wrong with the car was not covered under warranty HOWEVER Never say no DID fix a few of the bigger issues like it not starting and the windows out of pocket themselves so I am happy about that no one should be sold a car with so many issues it’s almost as though they didn’t do a walk through so to speak or really check it out once they got it. I know when we were there they had just had a bunch of cars broken into and they didn’t really have a big inventory to choose from.
I still think the first guy had poor customer service/ communication but I am very pleased there was some resolution a lot of car pleases especially used car places wouldn’t go out of their way to help.
this is my third car I have gotten from never say no auto. My first two were amazing had no issues and I absolutely loved them and the people are friendly however, I got a 2021 Nissan Sentra about three months ago. We did a test drive it initially, and had it out for a while. A couple weeks after bringing it home I noticed it had some kinks for example, randomly eight times out of 10 when you go to roll down any other window other than the driver window they do not roll down. You don’t even hear the motor trying to it’s an electrical issue. I have also had the car randomly break because I think I’m gonna hit some thing and there’s nothing in front of me. I think my biggest issue is now the car randomly doesn’t start which I believe is odd because I’ve had the battery tested and the starter tested and has neither one of these. Everything turns on in the car. The car just says there’s an issue and I can’t start. If I plug up jumper cables to it immediately starts sometimes it’ll work just for me unplugging and replugging up the battery I understand these are used cars but there’s no way I should have this many issues with the car purchased so soon .

After having an accident i needed a new car. I had a few bad run arounds with larger dealerships, it was refreshing to have a salesman like Mike Morey, feel more relaxed and taking my thoughts and need seriously. After talking about my ideal budget, which is tight, we looked at an option that I hadn't considered. After a test drive and looking at numbers, I had a car that I enjoyed at a payment that is comfortable. All the staff where relaxed and I never once felt pressured to agree to anything and they took the time to allow me to ask any question I had. The process was quick and I'm greatful to have a car that is solid and not financially over extending me. I'll always keep them in mind the next time I or someone I know needs a solid vehicle.
Charlie and Greg were absolutely amazing. They had us in something by the end of the day with using what we had as a trade in. So grateful for their time and attention. They went above and beyond.

I would highly recommend Never Say No Auto. Charlie was really awesome and we didn’t feel pressured into buying a car and he made the car buying experience really painless. They also gave us a very fair value for our trade in.
Charlie is great! He is always willing to help his customers. He’s sold me two vehicles now after I had an emergency hitting a deer. He can get you a new vehicle quickly! He is very well mannered and funny! You will not be disappointed!!
Best car lot in Springfield! Super easy to work with and they have an amazing selection! Much newer vehicles and lower miles than other lots around town. They truly will take the time to work with you and find what works best for you. They won’t just put you in any car to get a sale. They have your best interests in mind!
